Sec. 16909a.
The department may enter at reasonable hours a tire retail establishment, vehicle owned or operated by a scrap tire hauler for the transport of scrap tires, or collection site or other place where scrap tires are or have been present, and may inspect the location or other place for the purposes of enforcing or administering this part. An investigation or inspection under this part shall comply with the United States constitution and the state constitution of 1963.
