324.20112b Releases associated with clandestine drug laboratories; report.
Sec. 20112b.
Not more than 12 months after the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section and biennially after that, the department shall report to the standing committees of the legislature with jurisdiction over issues pertaining to natural resources and the environment on environmental contamination caused by releases that are associated with clandestine drug laboratories, that have been reported to the department, and that are subject to response activity under this part. The report shall include all of the following:
(a) The number of releases described in this section.
(b) The status of the responses to those releases.
(c) The identity of the entity or department that undertook the response activity.
