333.13109 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty.

Sec. 13109.

Except as otherwise provided in sections 13103 and 13110, a person who violates this part or a rule promulgated under this part is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both, for each violation.
