333.6131 Contracts for prevention of substance abuse, counseling, and treatment.
Sec. 6131.
The governing body of a county, city, village, or township may contract for and spend funds for the prevention of substance abuse and for the counseling and treatment of substance abusers. A county, city, village, or township may make contracts with the governing bodies of other counties, cities, villages, and townships and other persons for these purposes.
