333.6141 Violation; misdemeanor.
Sec. 6141.
(1) An individual or an agent, representative, or officer of an organization who violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(2) A conviction for a violation of this article is a sufficient ground for revocation of the license of the organization.
