338.889 Payment of income to state construction code fund.

Sec. 9.

Beginning October 1, 1980, all fees and money received by the board for the licensing of persons under this act, and any other income which shall be received under this act, except as provided in sections 5, 6, and 6a, shall be paid into the state construction code fund as created by section 22 of Act No. 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, being section 125.1522 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
