338.3635 Rules; fees.

Sec. 35.

The director, in consultation with the commission, shall promulgate rules to set standards for boxing and mixed martial arts exhibitions and participants and to provide for license fees for all participants in the activities regulated by this act not otherwise provided for in this act, including, but not limited to, license fees for a physician, physician's assistant, nurse practitioner, referee, judge, matchmaker, timekeeper, professional, contestant, or manager or a second of those persons.
