389.37 Canvass of election results.

Sec. 37.

The appropriate board of canvassers under section 24a or 30a of the Michigan election law, MCL 168.24a and 168.30a, shall conduct a canvass of the results of an election under this chapter. The board of canvassers shall conduct the canvass within 3 days of the election.
