390.664 Osteopathic medicine advisory board; quorum, rules and regulations, recommendations.

Sec. 4.

A majority of the members of the advisory board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of its business. The board by majority vote of its members may adopt rules and bylaws for the conduct of its business; recommend regulations for the operation of the school; recommend tuition and other fees and charges; recommend the appointment or removal of such personnel as the interests of the school and the generally accepted principles of academic tenure permit or require; and recommend the compensation to be paid for services and materials.
