Section 404.2 - Joint county medical care facilities; board of trustees, appointment, duties.

404.2 Joint county medical care facilities; board of trustees, appointment, duties.
Sec. 2.
In case the board of supervisors of 2 or more counties shall determine by separate action thereof that a joint county medical care facility shall be constructed, it shall be the duty of each said board to name the 3 members of the social welfare board for their respective county to serve as members of the board of trustees of said joint county medical care facility. Said trustees shall be appointed for like terms and shall qualify in the same manner as is provided for in the office of member of the county social welfare board, and they shall cooperate with the state department of social welfare in the construction and equipment of the necessary building or buildings.
