418.364 Bi-annual study required; report and recommendations.

Sec. 364.

A bi-annual study shall be conducted by the director of the adequacy of weekly benefits paid under this act. The study shall evaluate the effects of inflation on benefits and other factors which the director considers relevant. The director shall report the results of the study and make appropriate recommendations to the legislature by March 1, 1983. By March 1 of each following odd numbered year, the director shall repeat this process.
