460.1155 Annual report.

Sec. 155.

The commission shall make an annual report, summarizing the impact of establishing wind energy resource zones, expedited transmission line siting applications, estimates for future wind generation within wind zones, and recommendations for program enhancements or expansion, to the governor and the legislature on or before the first Monday of March of each year.
