460.10dd Appropriation; hiring full-time positions to implement act.

Sec. 10dd.

For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, there is appropriated to the commission from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to 460.120, the amount of $2,500,000.00 to hire 25.0 full-time equated positions to implement the provisions of the amendatory act that added this section.
