491.1132 Enforcement of obligations contracted before effective date of act.

Sec. 1132.

All obligations to an association contracted before the effective date of this act shall be enforceable by the association and in the association's name, and demands, claims, and rights of action against an association may be enforced against the association as fully and completely as they may have been enforced before the effective date of this act.
