500.3723 Applicability of provisions; date of health benefit plan.

Sec. 3723.

The provisions of this chapter apply to each health benefit plan for a small employer or sole proprietor that is delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, or continued in this state on or after the effective date of this chapter. For purposes of this section, the date a health benefit plan is continued is the first rating period that begins on or after the effective date of this chapter.
