600.5033 Confirmation of arbitration award rendered in another state; judgment; modifying, correcting, or refusing to confirm award.

Sec. 5033.

(1) A court of competent jurisdiction may confirm an arbitration award rendered in another state and enter judgment thereon.

(2) The court may modify, correct, or refuse to confirm the award as provided by law or court rule.
