477.1 Operation of motor vehicles by motor contract carrier of property; permit.

Sec. 1.

A motor contract carrier of property shall not operate any motor vehicle for the transportation of property for hire on any public highway in this state, except in accordance with this act. A motor contract carrier of property shall not operate within this state without first having obtained from the commission a permit for the operation.
