Section 477.11 - Cessation of operations or abandonment of rights under permit; notice.

477.11 Cessation of operations or abandonment of rights under permit; notice.

Sec. 11.

Each motor contract carrier of property or passengers who ceases operations or abandons its rights under the permit issued shall notify the commission within 30 days of the cessation or abandonment.
