478.1 Application for certificate of authority or permit or renewal; fee; disposition.

Sec. 1.

Each application filed with the commission for a certificate of authority or for a permit, as required by this act, shall be accompanied by a fee of $100.00. Each application filed with the commission for the renewal of a certificate or permit shall be accompanied by a fee of $50.00 for the administration of this act, which fee shall be in addition to all other fees, and shall be retained by the commission and deposited with the state treasurer, whether or not the certificate or permit or the renewal of the certificate or permit is granted.
