Section 116.34 Time Limited for Proceedings
116.34 TIME LIMITED FOR PROCEEDINGS.
Proceedings in respect of an offense under sections 116.21 to 116.35, may be instituted at any time within two years after the time when the subject matter of the proceedings arose.
