Section 116.733 Medical Device Exemption - Minnesota Statutes

116.733 MEDICAL DEVICE EXEMPTION.

Laws 1990, chapter 560, article 2, sections 1 and 2, and sections 116.70, 116.731, and 116.732, do not apply to processes using CFC's or halons on medical devices, in sterilization processes in health care facilities, or by a person or facility in manufacturing or selling of medical devices.
