Section 13.7932 Logger Safety and Education Program Data - Minnesota Statutes

13.7932 LOGGER SAFETY AND EDUCATION PROGRAM DATA.

The following data collected from persons who attend safety and education programs or seminars for loggers established or approved by the commissioner under section 176.130, subdivision 11, is public data:

(1) the names of the individuals attending the program or seminar;

(2) the names of each attendee's employer;

(3) the city where the employer is located;

(4) the date the program or seminar was held; and

(5) a description of the seminar or program.
