Section 16A.42 Claims: Form, Approval, Register

16A.42 CLAIMS: FORM, APPROVAL, REGISTER.

Subdivision 1.Form.

The commissioner shall prescribe the form of a claim.

Subd. 2.Approval.

If the claim is approved, the commissioner shall complete and sign a warrant in the amount of the claim.

Subd. 3.

[Repealed, 1Sp1985 c 13 s 376]

Subd. 4.Register.

The commissioner shall enter a warrant in the warrant register as if it were a cash payment.
