Section 175.35 Enforcement
175.35 ENFORCEMENT.
It shall be the duty of the Department of Labor and Industry to enforce the provisions of section 175.33 and it may call upon the state commissioner of health and boards of health as defined in section 145A.02, subdivision 2, for assistance.
