Section 325J.10 Pawnshop Location
325J.10 PAWNSHOP LOCATION.
No pawnshop shall be located within ten driving miles of any gambling casino. No pawnshop, lawfully operating as of April 2, 1996, shall be required to relocate or close as a result of this section.
