Section 345.49 Claim for Abandoned Property Paid or Delivered - Minnesota Statutes

345.49 CLAIM FOR ABANDONED PROPERTY PAID OR DELIVERED.

Subdivision 1.Filing.

Any person claiming an interest in any property delivered to the state under sections 345.31 to 345.60 may file a claim thereto or to the proceeds from the sale thereof on the form prescribed by the commissioner.

Subd. 2.Appropriation.

There is hereby appropriated to the persons entitled to a refund, from the fund in the state treasury to which the money was credited, an amount sufficient to make the refund and payment.
