Section 548.092 Child Support Judgment by Operation of Law; Application - Minnesota Statutes

548.092 CHILD SUPPORT JUDGMENT BY OPERATION OF LAW; APPLICATION.

Section 548.091, subdivision 1a, applies retroactively to any child support arrearage that accrued before August 1, 1988, except that no arrearage may be docketed under section 548.091, subdivision 2a, if the arrearage is more than ten years past due at the time of docketing.

NOTE: This section is repealed by Laws 2010, chapter 238, section 6. The repeal is effective July 1, 2011, and applies retroactively to child support judgments, including judgments by operation of law, that have not expired before July 1, 2011. Laws 2010, chapter 371, section 5.
