62A.319 REPORTING OF MULTIPLE POLICIES.

Subdivision 1.Annual report.

On or before March 1 of each year, an issuer shall report the following information for every individual resident of this state for which the issuer has in force more than one Medicare supplement policy or certificate:

(1) the policy and certificate number; and

(2) the date of issuance.

Subd. 2.NAIC report forms.

The items in subdivision 1 must be grouped by individual policyholder and be on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Reporting Medicare Supplement Policies form.
