Section 71A.07 Effect of Chapter; Exclusiveness

71A.07 EFFECT OF CHAPTER; EXCLUSIVENESS.

Except as herein provided, no law of this state shall apply to the exchange of these indemnity contracts unless such law specifically refers to reciprocals or interinsurance exchanges.
