Section 609B.202 Criminal Negligence; Revocation

609B.202 CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE; REVOCATION.

A person's driver's license is revoked under section 169.11 if that person is convicted of criminal operation of a motor vehicle resulting in the death of a human being.
