Section 609B.410 Wrongfully Obtained Assistance
609B.410 WRONGFULLY OBTAINED ASSISTANCE.
The amount of assistance determined to be obtained in violation of section 256.98, paragraph (a), clauses (1) to (3), is recoverable from specified persons who wrongfully obtained assistance.
