§ 11-37-111. Form of the writ.
 

    The writ of replevin shall be in the following form, to-wit:
 


    "State of Mississippi

    County of ________

    To the sheriff of any lawful officer of ________ County:

    We command you to immediately seize and take into your possession (here describe the property as shown in the declaration) alleged by ________, the plaintiff, to be wrongfully detained by ________, the defendant, and to deliver said property to the plaintiff unless bonded by the defendant; and to summon the said defendant to appear before the ________ court of ________ County, Mississippi, at ________ o'clock ________.M., on the ________ day of ________, 2 ________, to answer the suit of the plaintiff for the wrongful detention of said property, and have then and there this writ.

    WITNESS MY HAND, this ________ day of ________, 2 ________.
