§ 25-3-21. Allowance for copying assessment rolls.
 

The board of supervisors may allow to its clerks reasonable compensation, to be paid out of the county treasury, for making copies of assessment rolls required by law, not to exceed one and one-half cents for each personal assessment or three cents for each separate assessment of lands per copy; but the board of supervisors may allow as much as one hundred fifty dollars in any case for copying the personal roll, and each copy thereof shall be considered a roll.
