§ 33-13-175. Who may convene general courts-martial.
 

In the state military forces not in federal service, general courts-martial may be convened by: 
 

(a) The Governor of the State of Mississippi; or 

(b) The Adjutant General; or 

(c) Any other general officer under such regulations as the Governor may promulgate.
