§ 65-4-33. Notice of sale.
 

[Until June 30, 2011, this section shall read as follows:]
 

If the bonds issued under Sections 65-4-25 through 65-4-45 are to be sold on sealed bids at public sale, notice of the sale shall be published at least two (2) times, the first of which shall be made not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of sale, and shall be so published in one or more newspapers having a general circulation in the City of Jackson selected by the State Bond Commission. 
 

[From and after July 1, 2011, this section shall read as follows:]
 

Notice of the sale of any bonds authorized to be issued under Sections 65-4-25 through 65-4-45 shall be published at least two (2) times, the first of which shall be made not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of sale, and shall be so published in one or more newspapers having a general circulation in the City of Jackson selected by the State Bond Commission.
