§ 67-1-21. Duties of secretary of commission [Repealed effective from and after July 1, 2010].
The secretary of the commission shall keep a record of all proceedings, transactions, communications, and official acts of the commission under the provisions of this chapter and shall be custodian of all such records and perform such other duties as the commission may prescribe with reference to the enforcement and administration of this chapter.
