§ 71-5-112. Funds to clear through state treasury; laws governing expenditures [Repealed effective July 1, 2010].
 

All funds received by the Mississippi Employment Security Commission shall clear through the State Treasury as provided and required by Sections 71-5-111 and 71-5-453. All expenditures from the administration fund of the department authorized by Section 71-5-111 shall be expended only pursuant to appropriation approved by the Legislature and as provided by law.
