§ 79-29-1107. Applicability to foreign limited liability companies.
 

In any derivative proceeding brought in the courts of this state in the right of a foreign limited liability company, the matters covered by this article shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of formation of the foreign limited liability company, except for matters covered by Sections 79-29-1103, 79-29-1104 and 79-29-1105.
