§ 99-19-85. Governor's pardoning power unaffected.
Nothing in Sections 99-19-81 through 99-19-87 shall be construed or considered as seeking or tending to impair the pardoning power or other powers reserved to the Governor under Section 124 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890.
