§ 99-25-5. Warrant.
 

"The State of Mississippi. 
     
 
"To any lawful officer of ________ County:

    "We command you forthwith to take the body of John Jones, charged with murder in the County of ________, and bring him before the undersigned, a justice of the peace of said county, for examination on said charge.
 

"Witness my hand, the 9th day of July, 1906. 
 

"Andrew Sims, J.P."
