Revised statutes to be published, when--costs.

3.010. As soon as possible after the final adjournment ofthe seventieth general assembly and at least every ten yearsthereafter, the revised statutes of Missouri shall be printed,published and distributed in as many volumes as the committee onlegislative research (herein called "the committee") shalldetermine, and such publication shall be under the direction andsupervision of the committee. The annotations may be printedseparately. The cost of printing, binding and delivery of suchpublication shall be paid from funds appropriated from thegeneral revenue for that purpose.
