3.020. The editions of the revised statutes herebyauthorized shall contain:

(1) The Constitution of the United States;

(2) The constitution of this state;

(3) All statute laws of a general nature which are in forcein the state of Missouri, including all general acts passed bythe general assembly during its 1959 regular session;

(4) A full and accurate index of the statute laws andconstitution of this state; and

(5) Such annotations, historical notes, supreme court rulesand other information as the committee deems appropriate toinclude.
