Governor's mansion preservation advisory commissioncreated--qualifications and compensation of members.

8.020. 1. There is hereby created a "Governor's MansionPreservation Advisory Commission".

2. The commission shall be composed of widows of formergovernors of Missouri. Each widow of a former governor whonotifies the governor in writing that she desires to serve as amember of the commission shall be appointed by him to theadvisory commission.

3. The members of the advisory commission shall meet at suchtimes as requested by the governor of this state to consider waysand means of preserving the governor's mansion.

4. The members of the advisory commission shall upon writtennotice to the governor, in addition to their actual and necessaryexpenses incurred in attending meetings, receive for theirservices the sum of three thousand dollars per year.
