Armed security guards for state-owned or leased facilities, notapplicable to Cole County.

8.115. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 571, RSMo, theoffice of administration, division of facilities management, is authorizedto provide armed security guards at state-owned or leased facilities exceptat the seat of government and within the county which contains the seat ofgovernment, either through qualified persons employed by the office ofadministration, or through the use of a contract with a properly licensedfirm.
