Capitol parking garages under joint control of generalassembly--employee parking when not in session, exceptions.

8.175. The parking garage located on the northeast capitolcomplex grounds and the parking garage located on the northwestcapitol complex grounds shall be under the joint control andoperation of both houses of the general assembly by theirrespective accounts committees. Those committees, workingjointly, shall control parking in and use of those garages. Amajority of the membership of each committee shall be necessaryto reach decisions regarding the garages. When the generalassembly is not in session all parking spaces in the parkinggarage located on the northwest capitol complex grounds, excepttwo hundred thirty-six spaces assigned by the accountscommittees, shall be available to state employees on a first-come,first-served basis.
