Policy on contracts for architectural, engineering, land surveyingservices.
8.285. It shall be the policy of the state of Missouri andpolitical subdivisions of the state of Missouri to negotiatecontracts for architectural, engineering and land surveyingservices on the basis of demonstrated competence andqualifications for the type of services required and at fair andreasonable prices.
