Information as to condition of buildings, collection, availability.

8.330. The director of the division of design andconstruction may secure information and data relating to statefacilities from all departments and agencies of the state andeach department and agency shall furnish information and datawhen requested by the director of the division of design andconstruction. All information and data collected by the directorof the division of design and construction is available at alltimes to the general assembly upon request.
