Revenue bonds not obligations of state.
8.410. Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections8.370 to 8.450 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness of thestate of Missouri or of the board, or of the individual membersof the board, and shall not be deemed to be an indebtednesswithin the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitationupon the incurring of indebtedness.
