State office building authorized in Jefferson City--rentedquarters--general assembly may move certain offices from Capitolbuilding.

8.460. 1. The board of public buildings may build anoffice building in the City of Jefferson to house state officeswhich are presently located in rented quarters within the countyof Cole, and they shall remove as many offices from the StateCapitol building as the general assembly deems necessary toprovide adequate office space for its members.

2. The building may be paid for as provided by sections8.370 to 8.450.
