Resolution of board of public buildings required for issuance ofbonds.

8.590. Bonds may be issued pursuant to the provisions of sections8.580 to 8.598 pursuant to a resolution adopted by the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of the members of the board of public buildings and no otherproceedings shall be required therefor.
